Effective Date: Aug 11, 2025 This Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies to purchases of Services from Urbanklip Tech Private Limited (Brand: HOVO Digital). 1) General principles Our Services are professional, customised, and time‑based. Once work on a billing cycle begins, fees for that cycle are non‑refundable. Media spends/third‑party costs (ad platforms, software, creators, hosting, SMS/WhatsApp credits, domain/SSL, stock assets) are pass‑through and non‑refundable once purchased or committed. We strive to meet timelines, but deliverables depend on Client approvals, dependencies, and third‑party platforms. 2) Retainers & monthly plans Retainer fees are billed in advance for each month/period. Cancellations require 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date. If you cancel mid‑cycle, the current cycle remains payable and is not refundable. We will complete in‑scope work scheduled within the remaining cycle where feasible. 3) Projects (fixed‑fee or milestone‑based) Booking/Discovery/Setup fees are non‑refundable. If a project is cancelled by Client after kickoff, a cancellation fee applies: 0–7 days after kickoff: 25% of total project value (or actual time & materials incurred, whichever is higher). After 7 days or once first milestone is delivered: 50% of total project value (or actuals, whichever is higher). After second milestone or >50% completion: 100% of fees incurred to date (minimum 75% of project value). On cancellation, we will hand over available work‑in‑progress upon settlement of dues. 4) Influencer/creator campaigns Creator fees, production costs, and platform/tool charges are non‑refundable once the creator is confirmed/PO issued. If a creator defaults, we will facilitate a reasonable replacement or credit with mutually agreed terms. 5) Refund process & timelines Email finance@hovodigital.com with invoice number, service details, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (gateway timelines may vary). Payment gateway/FX charges are not refundable. Chargebacks without first contacting us may be treated as breach of contract. 6) Quality concerns If you’re unhappy with our work, notify your Account Manager within 5 business days of delivery with specific, actionable feedback. We will make reasonable revisions in line with the SOW. This does not create a refund entitlement unless explicitly provided herein. 7) Jurisdiction This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
