The company was facing difficulties in acquiring new customers and increasing its online sales and value.Zappfresh wanted to compete with known brands like Fresh To Home,Licious,Meatigo, et ceteral.
We researced what their competitors are doing,what all online channel they are using the most,We also researched what type of strategies they are implementing and how they communicate in their marketing strategy.
After through research,we did multiple A/B testing for 3 weeks. We ran Ads on both Google & FB in order to find out which platform was giving us the best results.
Post analyzing a range of factors, we started receiving a large number of orders from Facebook and Google within the span of 3 weeks.
After analyzing the data, we calculated which type of campaign produces the best results. For example: on Google search campaigns outperformed display and shopping campaigns. A single image creatives surpassed carousels and videos on Facebook. Also, we stopped campaigns with high cost per order and increased the budget of Adsets that were producing the best results.
